At this time, we’re unable to accept new patients with Medicare, Medicaid, or United Healthcare plans. If you’re unsure whether your insurance is accepted, please don’t hesitate to contact our office - we’re happy to help clarify.

To get started, we do require medical records and a completed new patient packet before scheduling your first appointment. You can email your forms to Newpatientwpc@gmail.com, or mail or drop them off at our office.
